Located on the 7th floor of the architectural masterpiece designed by famous architects, the Cite du vin, the 7 is a panoramic gourmet restaurant with a simply magical view.

The panoramic views of the crescent moon harbor change throughout the day, natural light in the morning giving way to city lights in the evening. Food is served from 9am to 11pm, savory and sweet... At Le 7, it’s always a good time to eat!
You will enjoy tasty breakfasts in the morning, and elegant and modern dishes at lunch and dinner time. Combined with the view accross the city, the restaurant offers simply one of the best services in Bordeaux.

A modern and gastronomic cuisine combined with a selective wine list



Six dishes are served in tasting-sized portions to encourage discovery: The “American” Egg cooked at low temperature, served with spice muffin, grilled pork loin and baby spinach is juxtaposed with “Navarra” Tuna marinated in virgin olive oil, served with candied garlic and piquillo peppers, zucchini tartar.
There are also dishes for locavores: Blonde d’Aquitaine beef tenderloin, Anna potatoes, Bordelaise sauce.
You can enjoy quality fish such as Turbot à la plancha, served with fava beans and peas "à la française", chervil infusion.
For dessert, a mold reproducing the architecture of the building has enabled the chefs to create La Cite du Vin in Valhrona chocolate.
The restaurant being inside the famous wine museum, you will also taste amazing wines from Bordeaux or elsewhere.
