Mademoiselle de Margaux creates inspired products of the finest quality in unique surroundings, within the famous Margaux vineyard close to Bordeaux.
Since 1969, the chocolate factory is producing genuine chocolate specialties, made with natural ingredients: the famous Sarments du Médoc, Perles du Médoc and Guinettes.
Sarments du Médoc and Guinettes are both included on the list of the Aquitaine region’s gastronomic heritage!

Did you know?
These famous Sarments du Médoc (chocolate twigs) were created entirely by accident !
In 1981, a technical error occurred in one of the machines manufacturing chocolate bars. The sticks, normally used for making pastries, came out in an entirely new, thinner, sinuous shape evoking the form of vine shoots.
