Château La Croizille is located on the slopes of the Saint-Emilion plateau, one of the appellation's richest terroirs, and offers visitors a superb panoramic view.
The 5-hectare vineyard, certified to level 3 of the Haute Valeur Environnementale (High Environmental Value) standard, extends over several parcels with a wide variety of soils and a high altitude of up to 90 meters.
The De Schepper family, who have also owned the neighboring Château Tour Baladoz for 7 decades, acquired Château La Croizille in 1996 to create an exceptional Saint-Emilion Grand Cru wine.
Out of respect for its elders and exceptional terroir, combining great terroir with cutting-edge technology and traditional know-how, a new, architecturally remarkable winery was completed at Château La Croizille in 2013, with a panoramic reception room overlooking the vines, showcasing the view of the unique landscape.
Offering a complete experience of the Bordeaux wine world, visitors will discover the contrast between the traditional winery of Château Tour Baladoz and the modernity of Château La Croizille. Aware of the beauty of the site, we have designed a varied wine tourism offer of services, twice awarded by the Best Of Wine Tourism Competition in 2015, including the International Gold Trophy.
Come and enjoy a unique wine tourism experience and share our passion during a tour, a wine and tapas tasting on our panoramic terraces, or a day of seminars.
