It is the meeting of the minds for two connoisseurs of Prestige Gastronomy - Head Sommelier Mike Germon and Chef Younesse Bouakkaoui that has ignited the vision to elevate the restaurant La Table de Montaigne to great culinary heights.
Their vision is based on poetic cuisine with significant French cuisine influence.
