The vine, of course, but also the horses, the vegetable garden and the cooper are the actors of a living show evolving with the seasons. Chef Nicolas Masse likes to feel close to this land of vines and to those who cultivate its fruits. Like a winemaker, he seeks to express the very essence of this exceptional terroir and its products: he assembles and composes to retain only the essential.
