Château Chasserat

Franck embarked in 2019 on a mode of cultivation and winemaking respectful of the environment by deciding to convert to organic farming and the accreditation of his vineyard with High Environmental Value by the third degree HVE certification.
To do so, he decided in 2021 to join the winegrower horse school in order to learn the profession of draft horse driver. His goal is to reintegrate the draft horse in the vineyard from 2022 to use it, as in the past, for tillage and handling in order to limit the use of motorized machinery as much as possible.
