The Château Hourtin-Ducasse vineyard, located next to Pauillac, produces a Haut-Médoc, classified since 1932 as a "Cru Bourgeois".
In the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, two former owners, M. Hourtin and M. Ducasse, gave the wine its name. In 1976, Michel Marengo bought it and now manage it with his wife and their 7 children.

"Beside our determination to preserve the richness of our terroir and to respect our environment, we believe that we will that way improve the quality of our wines".
While revealing the purity of the fruit, this wine is characterised by its elegance and balance. The last 29 vintages have received 107 awards.
